Content and Channels Manager Department: Internal Comms: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Head Office, Chelsea House: Reporting To: Tracy MacNicoll: Description: CONTEXT We have a small Communications team within the People function. It leads on all internal communications, as well as external employer brand communications to support recruitment. We work closely with in-house teams like Marketing, Brand & Customer and Technology to deliver communications that are aligned to company strategy, support business priorities and engage our target audiences. We’re looking for a Content and Channels Manager to support both internal and external communications. They will need to have experience developing content for a variety of formats – written, digital, in-person – and cover a wealth of topics that touch all aspects of our business. They will be naturally curious and personable, getting out and understanding the business to develop content that brings our strategy and employer brand to life.
