Job Description: As a Certification Specialist, you are responsible for the implementation of new business as well as the maintenance process for product certificates within the Informed programme. The Certification Specialist works closely with the Account Managers to onboard new customers and certifications, tracking and pursuing action items and maintaining the CRM system information.
