Functional Responsibilities: - Provide overall program management, leadership, and oversight for all FMASS task areas. - Oversee execution and delivery of financial reporting, audit, data quality, program operations, and financial management support services. - Coordinate with AFMS leadership, CORs, and Government stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities, schedules, and funding constraints. - Manage staffing, resource allocation, and task prioritization across all labor categories. - Monitor contract performance, risks, and issues; implement mitigation strategies and corrective actions. - Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government COR. - Ensure contractor compliance with contract terms, DOJ policy, OMB guidance, and applicable federal standards. - Provide executive-level reporting, metrics, dashboards, and status briefings. - Support AFP leadership with respect to legislative, policy, and FOIA matters at the oversight and coordination level, not execution. - Provide leadership, mentoring, and quality assurance across contractor teams. - Maintain integrated master schedule for deliverables and Government suspense dates (PBCs, quarterly notes, NFR/CAP cycles)....
