Join OneAdvanced We’re looking for a curious, commercially minded Talent Architect to help shape how our organisation thinks about roles, skills, career pathways and workforce development. This is a newly created role and a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing in skills-based talent management and future workforce capability. You’ll work across the organisation to design and evolve career architecture frameworks, helping create clearer career pathways, stronger internal mobility and more future focused capability planning particularly as emerging areas such as AI continue to reshape the world of work. This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges, managing multiple projects and influencing stakeholders across a changing organisation.
