Minimum qualifications: - 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.). Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution. - Experience with calendar management, high-precision global travel scheduling, and expense management. - Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies to improve work efficiency (e.g. AI integration). - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. - Ability to be proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences.
