Job Type Full-time Description: About the Job: A Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including managing staff, inventory, and ensuring safety compliance. They supervise warehouse staff, manage inventory, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with other departments. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. The Warehouse Floater must be flexible and available to support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts across multiple facilities based on business needs. Role and Responsibilities: - Lead a team of forklift operators in the warehouse - Assign daily duties to operators - Unload and load material - Check-in both inbound & outbound drivers - Verify quantities for both inbound and outbound loads - Create Labels, Pack lists, and BOLs for shipments - Create pallets tags for material receipts - Identify damages - Report shortages - Report quality deficiencies - Transport raw & finished materials to production workstations and warehouse - Inspect machinery and report any issues - Determine the need for repairs - Keep updated records of inventory - Produce activity logs – Verify operators submitting proper forms - Pick and select o...
