Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Will use shop order to clock in and out on each job as it is run. - Operate the roll machine by selecting the required settings depending on type and size of material and drawing requirements. - Operate manual welding equipment to fuse metal together to hold seams in place for long seam welding. - May be required to operate flame cutting equipment torches or plasma cutter. - Notifies supervisor of any quality or safety issues. - Maintains effective interpersonal working relationships and functions as a team member. - Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. - Works in other departments on an as-needed basis. - Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
