What you will do: We’re looking for an Internal Communications Specialist who ensures our internal communication is as sweet, salty and sometimes crunchy as our chocolate. In a growing global organisation, you play a key role in keeping Team Tony’s informed, aligned and connected, making sure the right messages reach the right people at the right time. In this role, you own and continuously improve Tony’s internal communications approach. You turn business strategy, leadership decisions and change into clear, relevant and engaging communication so Tonys understand what matters, why it matters and what it means for them.
