Senior Manager, Digital Communications

Overview The Senior Manager of Digital Communications is responsible for overseeing the execution of the divisional digital campaign strategies as well as the maintenance and management of the company’s 28+ brand websites. This individual engages with senior leadership across the enterprise related to digital initiatives and performance reporting, working closely with other members of the digital communications team as well as department vice presidents and directors within the Communications & Branding Department Responsibilities: - Develop and implement cohesive digital communications strategies to enhance visibility, reputation, and engagement. Collaborate daily with the digital team to set KPIs, evaluate, and enhance digital initiatives. - Drive awareness and demand for health care services, engaging consumers, referral sources, and payors across a full digital footprint. - Oversee SEO/SEM and other digital engagement strategies to guide/drive higher engagement. - Lead content updates, functionality, efficiency, and maintenance of the company’s digital strategy across social media, web, and e-mail marketing platforms for more than 30 brands. - Partner with executive leadership...
