Job Summary: Responsible for management and supervision of slot operations activities on assigned Shift. Available Shift: - Grave Shift- 1:30AM-9:30AM Duties/Responsibilities: - Yes. Will work in conjunction with the Slot Shift Manager and oversee the Slot Attendant Team. - Monitors the daily slot operation and all slot team members during assigned shifts ensuring all activities and job duties are performed according to established Company and departmental policies, procedures and goals and takes corrective action when necessary. - Ensures compliance with Virginia Gaming requirements and pertinent state gaming laws. - Immediately informs the Slots Shift Manger of any Rivers policy or gaming related irregularities and investigates them as directed. - Provides constructive input and written documentation to team members regarding their work performance, including preparing and presenting performance appraisals. - Performs Inspired Service observations. - Verifies jackpots. - Verifies Attendant variances. - May be an authorized second verifier as a check signer. - Resolves guest disputes or elevates them when necessary. - May be required to cover shifts in times of coverage needs. - C...
