Description PLEASE ATTACH A RESUME TO YOUR APPLICATION. It is the responsibility of the Equipment Operator I to operate various saw equipment and/or ultrasonic welding to prepare material to proper sizes and quantities in accordance with work orders, bills of material, manufacturing specifications and Engineering drawings. Duties and Responsibilities: - Read and interpret production work instructions, production orders, Bill of Material/Operations, and quality plans. - Set up and operate the ultrasonic welder and saws in accordance with work instructions/work orders. - Verify seam type requirements based on work orders and cuts using handheld rotary shears if necessary. - Use and maintain automatic band saws for optimum performance. - Work in a timely manner to meet production schedules. - Pick material from storage rack or shuttle locations. - Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions including safety rules and uses all appropriate safety equipment. - Accept cross training and job re-assignments as directed. - Use fixed and variable measurable equipment. - Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization through 5S including following ho...
