Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in program management. - Experience in electrical/mechanical infrastructure (e.g., switchyards, transformers, HV/MV distribution, cooling towers, chillers, gensets) or server hall infrastructure (e.g., rack power products, liquid cooling, ML infrastructure, TPUs, GPUs). - Experience driving New Product Introduction (NPI) programs within critical industry (power, oil, gas) or data center environments. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing complex or cross-team NPI projects in critical industry or data center environments. - 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Ability to develop in ambiguous environments and create scalable process order to drive results. - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically or internationally for factory witness testing and site readiness validations.
