Job Summary: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will direct and oversee the financial activities of the corporation, direct preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth. All financial staff will ultimately report to this position. The CFO will lead activities to ensure financial success across business lines. The CFO will work closely with business unit directors and managers to set financial goals and will take an active role in achieving those goals. This position is responsible for analyzing acquisition opportunities, assisting with acquisition negotiations, as well as managing the business unit accounting, audit, tax, finance, and financial reporting functions. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Build high performing teams. Attract, hire, develop and train teams of high performing finance, purchasing and IT experts.
