Job DetailsJob Location: Brighter Futures - Madison, WV 25130Position Type: Seasonal Summary: The BMH GROWS (Guided Recovery through Opportunity, Work, and Support) Market Associate position is a 13-week, paid workforce development opportunity for individuals with lived experience in substance use recovery who are seeking to gain employment experience and rebuild professional skills. Trainees will participate in a structured program combining hands-on work and educational training focused on agriculture, retail operations, and site maintenance. This program supports Boone Memorial Health’s mission to create recovery-to-work pathways that promote stability, confidence, and long-term employment readiness.
