ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Workover Rig Engineering Coordinator (FMWR) to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the Milan area, Italy. The selected professional will support the planning, coordination, and supervision of fast-moving workover rig activities, ensuring safe and efficient execution of well intervention and rig-related operations in line with technical, operational, and reporting requirements. The role includes rig planning support, mobilization / demobilization coordination, interface with field and logistics teams, monitoring of rig performance KPIs, and support to operations reporting and optimization. Main Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline At least 8 years of experience in the relevant discipline after graduation Proven experience in workover operations, well intervention support, or rig coordination activities within the Oil & Gas sector Good understanding of workover equipment, rig moves, wellsite logistics, and rig-related operations Experience in performance monitoring, operations reporting, and coordination with contractors and service companies...
