Classification Title: ASO DIR, Development Classification Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in an appropriate area and one year of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience. Job Description: The Associate Director of Development , who reports directly to the Senior Director of Development, is responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift prospects for UF Health with a primary emphasis on grateful patient fundraising and gifts of $100,000 and above. The Associate Director of Development manages an active portfolio and builds strong donor relationships while coordinating strategic research, data collection, and planning to support portfolio growth and campaign priorities. The position collaborates closely with clinical partners, including physicians and care teams, to identify and engage grateful patients and to ensure effective communication and alignment with clinical priorities.
