We’re looking for an experienced Systems and Business Process Analyst to join our team at our head office in Archerfield. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role. What you’ll be doing: In this role, you will be responsible for: - Act as the link between Finance, Operations, and IT, providing expertise on business systems and processes. - Analyse and improve business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation or system enhancement. - Gather, analyse, and visualise data to support financial planning and decision-making. - Ensure Dynamics AX processes follow best practice and support operational needs. - Manage solution quality, including testing, documentation, and compliance before deployment. - Assess the impact of process or system changes and support stakeholders through transitions. - Ensure strong process controls are in place to prevent fraud and address any identified gaps. - Support change management processes and deliver training where required.
