JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION Provides direct supervision of Maintenance Technicians and Janitorial staff who execute the work of maintaining, repairing, and cleaning the physical structures of the organization’s facilities, vehicles and grounds. Coordinates the use of facilities for programing purposes. Supports the hiring process of the department. Performs or supervises structural and cosmetic repairs and modifications to facilities and furnishings. Assists with inspections of completed work. Assists with the development of annual planning.
