Job description

Mission Brief As a Senior Production Engineer – Avionics, you are the technical authority and process owner for the assembly, testing, and industrialization of avionics and wiring harness components. You lead the transition from prototype development to robust, high-volume series production and ensure that the avionics systems meet stringent requirements for performance, safety, and reliability of launch operations and spacecraft manufacturing. Working closely with development, quality, and supply chain and external suppliers to deliver scalable, efficient, and highly reliable avionics production processes. Our machinery includes only state-of-the-art machines and equipment, as well as the latest additive manufacturing processes . Your Role in Our Space Mission: - Own the end to end manufacturing process for avionics assemblies and electrical harnesses, including routing, termination, integration, and acceptance testing. - Lead industrialization and New Product Introduction (NPI) for new avionics systems, including PFMEA, control plans, process capability studies, and validation - Own cost and schedule planning for avionics production, including forecasting, optimization, and conti...
