Crew Lead – Pavement Maintenance We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and motivated Crew Lead to oversee field operations across a range of pavement maintenance and repair services. This role is responsible for leading a crew in the successful completion of projects including infrared pothole repair, sealcoating, crack sealing, line striping, concrete repair, and power washing. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing job sites from start to finish while ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient production. This is a working leadership role requiring both field execution and crew supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a field crew performing a variety of pavement maintenance services including: - Infrared pothole repair - Asphalt sealcoating - Crack sealing - Pavement marking / line striping - Concrete repair and patching - Surface preparation and power washing - Ensure all work is completed to company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements. - Operate a variety of equipment including (but not limited to): - Striping machines and spray systems - Sealcoating equipment - Crack sealing me...
