Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a “ Head of Quality - Business Aviation Services (f/m/d) ” to join the Rolls-Royce Deutschland Business Aviation Services team. In this role you will provide leadership and direction on Quality and HSE to the Business Aviation Services organisation in line with the defined business strategy, enabling the business to achieve its goals, enhance its reputation and deliver customer satisfaction. The role is located in Dahlewitz and comprises the full breadth of Business Aviation Services globally including our locations in Germany, Canada and North America. In this role, you will be directly leading a small team of Quality Engineers but also influence the achievement of the Quality and improvement objectives as part of the wider Business Aviation leadership team.
