Description $74,000-$78,000 annually plus generous benefits The Association Director of Teen & Youth Programs provides strategic and operational leadership for youth and teen programming across the YMCA of Greater Rochester. This role oversees the development, implementation, and growth of programs including Youth and Government, teen leadership initiatives, and youth engagement programs. The Director is responsible for ensuring high-quality, safe, and impactful programming that supports youth development and fosters leadership, civic engagement, and healthy lifestyles. This position builds strong relationships with schools, community partners, volunteers, and families, while developing staff and ensuring alignment with YMCA standards and mission. This leader ensures the safety and well-being of members, participants, staff, and volunteers and supports high-quality program delivery aligned with YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
