This is a W2 employee position. It is not a 1099 contractor role or registry position. Private duty home care is personal work. You are not running from room to room in a facility. You are helping one client at a time with the daily support they need to stay in their home. We are a local, family owned home care agency operated by a husband and wife team. We are looking for caregivers who take pride in being dependable, professional, and kind. Pay is typically $16 to $18 dollars per hour for most cases. Higher rates may be available for select assignments based on client needs, schedule, location, and case complexity.
