Job Description Summary Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is a 2 year management development program consisting of 3 eight-month rotations that allow participants to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training. We will put you in the core of our business where you will get a deep insight into our processes and can learn from experienced industry experts. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of rotations and learnings. Prime location: Eindhoven.
