A Sales Lead is a member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership. What you will be doing: ·Responsiblity for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank · Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store · Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales · Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks · Cash register efficiency.
