Job Description: The Property Manager is responsible for Full scale operational, financial, and strategic oversight of a high profile, mixed use retail and entertainment destination in Pasadena. This role goes beyond traditional property management and require active engagement with city stakeholders, complex tenant relationships, capital improvement execution, and revenue driven initiatives. The Property Manger serves as the onsite leader driving NOI growth, tenant experience, and asset positioning while ensuring alignment with ownership objectives and evolving market conditions.
