This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to operate at the senior level within the organization to ensure that UxS considerations are fully integrated into planning and execution. The Training Developer will design, develop, and train curriculum to provide operational guidance on UxS employment to enhance U.S. and coalition force readiness.
