Assiniboine Credit Union is hiring for the position of a permanent Full-Time Project Manager II to work at the PMO & Integration department. About this opportunity: Reporting to the Manager, Project Management, Project Manager II is a senior project management professional responsible for leading large-scale, complex, and high-impact initiatives that advances ACU’s strategic priorities. This role owns the delivery of multi-stream projects with significant organizational risk, complexity, and interdependencies, requiring advanced judgment, autonomy, and stakeholder influence. Project Manager II acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, enforces and evolves PMO standards, and mentors Project Manager I peers. Drawing on deep experience and PMI/PMBOK best practices, this role ensures disciplined delivery, strong governance, and sustained business outcomes aligned with Assiniboine Credit Union/ Caisse Assiniboine (ACU)’s commitment to rural and agricultural communities, francophone services, values-based banking and ACU’s triple bottom line accountability to people, planet, and prosperity.
