About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and systems-oriented Manager to lead the evolution of our financial planning infrastructure. As the primary owner of Pigment , you will bridge the gap between complex financial logic and scalable system design. You won’t just be maintaining a tool; you will be building the "source of truth" that drives our annual planning, rolling forecasts, and real-time executive reporting. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of connected planning and "multidimensional thinking." You should be comfortable translating a messy spreadsheet or a high-level business requirement into a sophisticated, automated, and user-friendly Pigment workspace. What you’ll do: - Pigment Architecture & Ownership: Serve as the Lead Architect for our Pigment environment. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, design, build, UAT, and deployment - Model Building: Assist in the building and refining of financial models (Headcount, Revenue/ARR, OpEx, and Cash Flow) directly within Pigment, ensuring they are dynamic, scalable, and audit-ready - Data Strategy & Integrations: Provide overall support for the Finance Systems roadmap.
