POSITION OVERVIEW: The Senior Specialist, Construction Management, will report to the Lead Specialist, Construction Management through the Engineering Projects Department and is responsible for overseeing planning, coordinating, and executing construction activities for capital projects within the facility. This role ensures construction execution is safe, compliant, high-quality, and aligned with project scope, schedule, and budget. This position serves as a field construction leader and interfaces with engineering, operations, contractors, project management teams and other stakeholders.
