Essential Duties And Tasks To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. - Plan, maintain and prepare reports on forecasts, material usage, quality control, defects and volumes. - Review and analyze capacity utilization - Handles internal plant transfer of material and outsourcing activities - Gathers data to determine forecast adjustments - Work closely with manufacturing and planning teams to provide updates - Review and analyze inventory levels and demand. Establishes replenishment plans to minimize stock. - Provides information necessary for adjusting schedules to meet unforeseen conditions - Ensures incoming shipments are in compliance with PO - Coordinates with production operations on requirements for finished goods - Handles basic to moderate complex issues - Perform all other duties and assignments as required by management.
