Position Overview MetroSys is seeking a highly experienced Storage Solutions Architect to lead enterprise-scale data migration and storage modernization initiatives. This role is heavily client-facing and focused on designing, leading, and executing complex migration programs across diverse storage environments, with a strong emphasis on NAS and unstructured data platforms . The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and technical leader who can engage at the executive and engineering levels, architect end-to-end solutions, and successfully deliver large-scale migration projects with minimal risk and disruption. Key Responsibilities: - Lead large-scale storage migration programs from discovery through design, execution, and final validation, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. - Serve as the primary client-facing architect , providing strategic guidance, setting expectations, and building trust with stakeholders across IT leadership and engineering teams. - Design and implement NAS-centric migration strategies across platforms such as NetApp, Dell EMC Isilon/PowerScale, Unity, PowerStore, and similar solutions. - Assess existing storage environments (NAS, SAN...
