Your Responsibilities: - Establishes a trusting relationship with the customer’s plant engineering, line operators, quality departments, logistic departments, and customers service organizations. - Manages the specific customer location with proactive visits at a frequency agreed with the customer. - Operates as direct contact and responsible person to customer’s complaints (not necessarily on site). - Provides quick and accurate feedback to the manufacturing plants and if applicable to the BUs regarding quality/manufacturing issues. - Joint pre-analysis / pre-selection at the customers warranty return centers, resulting in discussions to reduce part returns and the related costs. - Coordinates the transfer of return parts to appropriate analysis centers, registers complained parts in VQTS. - Coordination of sorting, rework or re-f...
