Job Summary: To lead and coordinate a skilled maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance. This includes delivering Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, reactive maintenance support, equipment optimisation, and continuous improvement to minimise downtime and maximise asset reliability. The role is accountable for achieving measurable outcomes linked to safety, asset performance, team capability, and operational uptime.
