Avionics Systems Service Engineer (Associate or Experienced) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA ) is looking for an Avionics Systems Service Engineer (Associate or Experienced) to join their team in Seal Beach, CA. Position Overview: As an Avionics Systems Service Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to assist airline customers in resolving real-time technical problems and issues for Boeing Commercial Airplanes operators. This includes answering general systems functionality inquiries, resolving short- to medium-term avionics and electrical related problem reports, investigating long-term issues, and providing proactive fleet guidance. You will work with operators to recover Airplane on Ground (AOG) situations, which sometimes requires working over the phone to troubleshoot an airplane in different time zones or traveling onsite to the airplane location to work with technicians to return a grounded airplane to revenue service. All of this is done using the latest Boeing tools, technology, data analytics, and real-time fleet monitoring data. Boeing Customer Support operates on a 24/7/365 basis.
