JOB DESCRIPTION: Coordinate all purchase order activity and communication between inventory management, merchandising, sourcing and agent/vendor partners. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Coordinate the creation and communication of purchase orders for a division of business. - Enter and amend purchase orders in RMS and/or NetSuite and ensure communication of orders to sourcing and agent/vendor - Maintain accuracy of purchase order ship dates and quantities - Ensure accurate shipping dates of purchase orders by monitoring the sourcing exception reports, tracking in GT Nexus, and by communication with the agents/vendor and sourcing - Communicate all changes and...
