Work Flexibility: Remote Stryker is seeking a Staff Clinical Data Manager to join our Neurovascular division . This is a remote role based anywhere within the United States . As Staff Clinical Data Manager, you will be a key contributor within Stryker’s clinical development organization, serving as the data management lead for early‑phase medical device studies of moderate scope and complexity. This role provides end‑to‑end ownership of clinical data management activities, supporting the design, execution, and oversight of clinical data systems and processes across the full trial lifecycle. What you will do: Lead all clinical data management activities for assigned medical device studies from study start‑up through database close‑out, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and inspection readiness Design, build, and maintain clinical databases, including authoring, reviewing, and approving database and edit check specifications Oversee electronic data capture system builds and updates, including execution and documentation of user acceptance testing Develop and execute data review plans; direct ongoing data cleaning, query generation, and query resolution activities with internal teams...
