About the Role: The Structured Finance CLO Paralegal is an integral part of Latham’s Legal Professional and Paralegal team. This role will necessitate becoming a core member of the Latham Euro CLO team, sitting in the Structured Finance practice group, with responsibility for assisting partners, counsel and associates with European Collateralised Loan Obligations (“CLO”) transactions, including drafting and reviewing transaction documents and legal opinions, fielding requests from clients and transaction parties and supporting with the closing process.
