The Consumer Research (CR) Team Leader is responsible for the communication between the Consumer Research Coordinators and the Consumer Research Supervisor. The CR Team Leader assists the CR Supervisor in the development of staff, intra-department communications and operations, scheduling and customer service initiatives. This position is full-time, and will work between the hours of 11:00am-9:30pm based on research needs. Staff Management: - Responsible for staff management in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; development and coaching of employees - Responsible for execution of departmental objectives and adherence to company policies and procedures - Assist in departmental training to include; shadowing, document development etc....
