As a Merchandising Lead, you play a key role in shaping how members experience Sam’s Club from day one. You’ll help lead a team that keeps the club running smoothly - making sure merchandise is available, Club Pickup orders are accurate, and members receive fast, friendly service every time they shop. This role is about setting expectations, supporting associates, and creating consistency in a fast-paced environment. When your area runs well and your team feels supported, members notice - and they keep coming back. Your leadership helps build trust, drive results, and strengthen the club’s success in the community.
