Transformation Consultant, Senior Specialist

Job description

Responsibilities: - Partner with GIFS leaders and other stakeholders to create and execute strategic transformation plans in line with Enterprise strategy and GIFSs’ sub-divisional goals - Work with GIFS leadership and the Head of Transformation Office to envision and bring to life new organizational structures and operating models at the MD-3 level and below - Own end-to-end delivery of discrete bodies of work within the transformation program portfolio, including executive updates, program coordination, issue resolution, and new/ongoing initiative prioritization - Identify and bring to life opportunities to enhance workflows, communication norms, and ways of working to improve team and sub-divisional effectiveness through the course of transformation program management - Partner with members of the GIFS Transformation team to provide world-class communications and change management support to GIFS senior leaders - Own relationships with key GIFS partners (IT, HR, Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure timely and relevant input to GIFS’s transformation goals, as well as tracking of transformation progress and impact Qualifications: - Executive-level strategic judgment with the ability to...
