REPORTS TO: Manager of Admissions Operations SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, 12-month schedule. Schedule may vary according to departmental and Academy needs. COMPENSATION: Pay Range: $23.07-$24.55/hr - Compensation is based on relevant education and experience and will be set within the listed range. Advisers serve as frontline representatives of the Academy, building and sustaining ongoing relationships with families that often require nuanced communication, trust-building, and cultural sensitivity. This position combines high-level customer service, process management, event coordination, and independent judgment to ensure an equitable, accurate, and welcoming admissions experience.
