Shadow Hills is looking for a Practice Manager who has experience with managerial and technician work. A day in the life would be 60% managerial duties and 40% technician duties. This is the perfect role for someone who loves to manage and lead teams but also enjoys being on the floor! Salary: The range for this role is between $70-75k. Key Responsibilities: Staff Management: Supervise and lead all practice staff, including veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support staff. Responsible for staff recruitment , record-keeping, onboarding, training, and performance management . Develop and optimize staff schedules that align with patient needs to ensure adequate coverage and remain within labor cost budgets.
