Intermediate/Senior AI Enablement Developer

Job description

We are looking for a DevOps Software Developer to join our AI Enablement team - a group focused on accelerating the adoption and integration of AI-powered tools, workflows, and capabilities across engineering and business functions. You will serve as a technical leader who bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and practical, production-grade implementation. Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain AI-powered developer tooling, internal platforms, and automation pipelines. - Evaluate and integrate large language models (LLMs), AI APIs, and third-party AI services into existing systems. - Lead proof-of-concept evaluation and adoption for emerging AI capabilities and drive them to production readiness. - Define, collect and document: standards, patterns, and best practices for AI integration across the engineering organization. - Collaborate with product management, development, and platform teams to identify high-impact AI enablement opportunities. - Mentor developers on AI development patterns, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices. - Contribute to the evaluation and selection of AI frameworks, tools, and vendors. - Champion responsible AI practices...
