Job Summary: We are looking for Production Administration Specialist that will support production departmental clerical, data analysis, and special projects tasks. Job Requirements: - Perform clerical duties and various assignments related to production control as assigned by the plant manager. - Provide cross-functional administration support to facilitate seamless information flow. - Audit and adjust production schedules based on a continuous analysis of customer forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet On-Time Shipment. - Develop mitigation strategies to achieve On-time Shipment goal. - Expedite and follow “Hot” or “Special” orders through each process, reporting status and exceptions to the Plant Manager. - Participate in total quality management projects to achieve continuous...
