Posting Summary: The Center for Professional Education of Teachers (CPET; tc.edu/cpet) is seeking a full-time Lead Professional Development Advisor. Job Summary/Basic Function: The Center for Professional Education of Teachers (CPET; tc.edu/cpet) is seeking a full-time Lead Professional Development Advisor. Reporting to the Center Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the establishment and implementation of professional development plans with schools and coaches. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Professional development coaching: professional development (PD) plans with schools & coaches - Independently manage schedule & communicate with partner schools; establishing - Plan & implement professional development coaching & workshops - Prepare monthly project documentation - Engage in purposeful planning for professional development (PD) - Document & archive professional development (PD) services - Participate in the CPET coaching community and monthly coaches’ meetings, utilizing CPET resources, and maintaining consistent communication with partner schools.
