Job Summary: The Business Analyst serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and project teams by analyzing processes, systems, and data to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. This role translates business needs into clear requirements, supports solution design and implementation, and helps ensure initiatives align with organizational goals, compliance standards, and performance metrics.
