The team partners closely with Product, BB & IB&M Transaction Banking Specialists, Service Teams Risk and Marketing to deliver market-leading card solutions and a seamless customer experience. Do work that matters: As Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead the execution of the Commercial Cards Customer Success strategy—driving portfolio growth, supporting strategic deals, and improving customer journey scores and NPS. You will act as a key link between Product and frontline enabling teams to win new business, deepen existing relationships, and deliver better customer outcomes. This is a highly visible and critical role, with regular engagement across Business Banking and IB&M, providing the opportunity to influence customer and product strategy outcomes at scale.
