Overview SSM Health Rehabilitation-Acute Care: SSM Health St. Joseph's Health Center - St. Charles, MO PRN / Physical Therapist: SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital - St. Charles continues to meet the evolving health care needs of our patients and community. Located conveniently in historic, downtown St. Charles, our 333-bed acute care hospital is a Joint Commission-certified Primary Stroke Center, a Level II Time Critical Diagnosis STEMI Center and specializes in many other specialties. This is an excellent opportunity to be considered for Full Time Physical Therapy positions when they come available throughout the year. - Tier I - $47 (plus weekend differential) - 1 shift per month (one must be weekend shift) - 1 holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion) - Tier II - $52 (plus weekend differential) - 3 shifts per month (at least 2 must be weekend shifts) - One summer and one winter holiday/weekend prior or after (managers discretion) Responsibilities: - Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction. - Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline specific therapy...
