CURRENT HOLLAND HOSPITAL EMPLOYEES- Please apply through Find Jobs from your Workday employee account. Work pre/intra/and post-operatively: Pre-operative get patients prepped and ready for procedure. Including IV insertions and occasional medication administration. Intraoperative work closely with provider, anesthesia, and endo technician to perform endoscopy procedures. Process and send pathology specimens to lab. Post-operative management and discharge of patients in the department. Provide patient education pre and post-operatively. The RN coordinates care to achieve desired outcomes, participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by delegating and working cooperatively and collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other members of the healthcare team in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice. Pay Range: $34.00 - $49.18/hour: Employment Type: Part time, 42 hours every 2 weeks Schedule: 8 or 10 hour shifts. Occasional weeknight and weekend on-call required. 30 min maximum on-call response time.
